Terms and conditions:
By agreeing to order a product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Orders:

After placing your order please send us your:

-Colour request with your full name
-Telephone number for the courier company
-If we do not receive information with colour request we ship colour shown on the listining

Once you select a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown or told (on the Site) the charges you must pay and any applicable delivery charges. All prices include VAT.

Payment:

You shall pay for the product with your credit or debit card by Paypal, which we require in order to process your order.

Delivery:

We always aim to deliver within 5 – 20 working days from the date of payment. The accurate delivery time you can check in the products auctions. If we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will immediately inform about it.
We deliver our products with DPD or GLS company.
We add the tracking number on ebay after we shipp it, so you can check it and track your item (tracking – www.dpd.de)
On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You need to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery (Please be careful when opening the product, particularly when using any sharp instruments). In case of any signs of damage on your package, you need to prepare with the courier the protocoll of damage.
When ordering, please ensure somebody will be at the delivery address to receive the goods and to make sure you received proper colour.

Instructions:

All the instructions can be downloaded from our ebay auctions as a pdf file.
The product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the site or as on the product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions.

Complaints/Service:
If an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please email us and send us pictures of it to info@altrak24.com. These can be taken with a digital camera or with a mobile phone. In all instances please contact us first, so that we can help you with all problems.

Returns:

It is the buyers responsibility to check the item and contents. Any irregularities, missing parts or faults must be reported to us by email within 14 days with attached photos or movie. In the case when you received faulty item, we will cover the cost of the delivery of new spare parts or return postage delivery.

You can return the item within 14 days after receiving it.
If you are returning the item that is not faulty or damaged, you must return it as new, unused, clean and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs
Please contact us first, so that we can help you with the returns process. Provide us with the tracking number of the parcel straight after sending it
